Banquet Hall & Conference Room
Rent the Alvin Golf & Country Club banquet hall for a wedding, reception, bridal or baby shower, conference or meeting, or party of any kind. Rent the swimming pool for pool parties; add the moonwalk for fun; or include a golf package with your meeting or party to make your event a unique success. We specialize in wedding reception events!
We cater, or you can bring your own. See our catering menu. We also serve everything on our grill menu. Room capacity varies: if all of your guests are seated, the room comfortably holds 75 with room for a DJ or band (although we have seated 100 guests with a band, but we don't recommend it). The room connects to the covered patio, with additional seating for your guests.
Weddings, Receptions, Bridal Showers, & Formal Dinners
Alvin Golf & Country Club specializes in weddings, receptions, rehearsals, and bridal showers. Many couples have chosen to host both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies at AGCC because of our banquet hall is the perfect wedding banquet hall for small to medium weddings and receptions.
We have white cloth restaurant-style tablecloths to complete your formal look. The pool table can be covered and used as a serving or gift table. We also have chafing dishes available if you are bringing your own meal. Of course, we also cater! Our own daughter held her rehearsal dinner at the club, and it was a beautiful affair.
Parties, Baby Showers, Grad Parties & Reunions
Of course the room is available for parties of any kind. It is always booked for reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, and retirement parties. We also provide all-inclusive keg service, including the tap, ice, cups, bucket, and all. There is no extra tap, delivery, or pick-up charge. You don't have to worry about picking up or dropping off your keg when you are busy planning—or recovering from—your party. We handle everything!
Children's party packages are also available. We even have a moonwalk!
Meetings and Conferences
Our room is a perfect conference meeting room space. Our A/V capability and wireless internet
(Wi-Fi) are included in the price of your meeting room rental so you can run your meeting with the latest technology.
