	Beautiful Grounds From our stately pecans to the water on seven of the nine holes, Alvin Country Club has the most beautiful grounds around. Come on out and play the best greens on any public course in the greater Houston area.
	5-Star Greens We keep our greens and tee boxes in prime shape all year round. Golfers rave about our greens and tell us that our greens are better than those of courses where they pay four times as much for green fees. We use Bermuda grass in the spring and summer, and we overseed with rye in the fall and winter, so our greens are always green and ready for play. We aerate and verticut regularly, keeping the greens healthy and at just the right speed.
	Banquet & Meeting Room Seats 75-100 people, audio-visual capabilities, free wi-fi, patio, grill, catering available. 	Practice Green Lighted Bermuda grass (rye in the winter) practice green by #1 tee box to perfect your short game before heading out.
	Electric Cart Fleet New Club Car fleet, traveling on concrete cart paths and Bermuda fairways (weather permitting). $8.00 for half-cart rental.
	Private Cart Barns On-site cart barns available for private carts. Includes electricity and battery delivery, on-site maintenance and parts delivery available. No trail fees. $25.00 a month.
	Restaurant Full-service restaurant serving full breakfast and lunch on most days and offering free wi-fi. See our grill menu for more information.
	Billiards, Games, & Satellite Full-size pool table, Golden Tee machine, poker chips and poker tables (poker table in men's locker room), various children's board games. Satellite high-definition television for all your favorite sports!
	Full-Service Pro Shop We offer all the services you would expect to see in a larger, more expensive golf course: club repair, discount golf merchandise, and custom merchandise, such as Titleist custom golf balls and clubs and bags and accessories, Cobra golf clubs, FootJoy shoes and golf clothing, and Under Armour golf shirts.
	Locker Rooms Men's and Ladies' locker rooms with full-size lockers, showers, and changing rooms. Men's locker room equipped with game tables. Ladies' locker room equipped with hair dryer, make-up mirror, and settee.
